Trailer Plate Announced! 

Thursday, May 2/2013 was a milestone day for Fish Futures. Not only did we celebrate our 25th anniversary with a sold out banquet at Canad Inns Polo Park that evening, earlier in the day along with the province and Manitoba Public Insurance, we unveiled our brand new specialty trailer plate. The plate, features our logo and will be a source of funding for Fish Futures. It is also the province's first specialty plate for a not for profit organization.  

For $70.00 dollars, Manitobans will be able to purchase a plate at their local Autopac retailer. Fish Futures President, Jerry Kruczek says, "what's exciting is that, 30.00 dollars of those monies will return back to the organization.  Those monies will then be used in turn to promote, conserve and enhance Manitoba's fresh-water fishery."  (please see our mandate under "corporate profile") Do your part to support the resource. Purchase your plate when they go on sale May 9th! These will be limited to an initial run of only 2000 plates so get yours soon.
